吃得營養均衡當然對長壽很重要,好好用心享受你吃的東西,或是與家人和朋友們一起坐下來開心地用餐也是同樣重要的。
全世界對於百歲人瑞的研究都發現社交連結與找到生命意義兩者都對長壽不可或缺的因素。長壽的沖繩人覺得他們之所以活得久又開心的理由,應該是他們找到了「生きがい」(人生的意義)。
